Arthur Stanley Beale, pastor, was born on February 19, 1881, to Charles Hallock and Mary (Smith) Beale in Rockville Centre, Long Island, New York. He attended the Roxbury Latin School in Boston and received his Harvard AB in 1905. Beale received his B.D. from Union Theological Seminary in 1908.
